Expert in ServiceNow Applications As an Expert in ServiceNow Applications, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and troubleshooting applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand application specifications and collaborate to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities of this role include designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform, implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, conducting system audits and performance evaluations, and staying informed about ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least two years of experience as a developer specializing in the ServiceNow platform, hold at least one ServiceNow Platform Application Development certification, and possess relevant certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Performance Analytics.

In addition to technical skills, we value strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM components.
