Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team as a Principal Platform Architect. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow implementation workshops to deliver technical stories/requirements and design.
  • Develop and implement repeatable designs for productivity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term Enterprise goals and design a roadmap to achieve them using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with top enterprise and public sector customers.
  • Design the business and possibly, the technical architecture for how ServiceNow can help meet client Enterprise goals.
  • Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM, CSM, SPM, ITSM and/or ITAM.
  • In-depth knowledge & Hands on experience across ITOM, ITSM and/or ITAM modules.
  • Demonstrated understanding of demand & project management processes.
  • Responsible for delivering industry and ServiceNow best practices around SPM, with strong client management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work successfully across both business and technical stakeholders to drive design and decisions on requirements.
