ServiceNow Technical Specialist

About the Role:

The ServiceNow Technical Architect will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and extensive experience in IT service management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
• Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow solutions
• Develop and execute technical strategies to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of experience in IT service management or a related field
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, configuration, and development
• Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and web technologies
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
