Enterprise IT Consultant - ServiceNow Specialist

• *Key Responsibilities**

As a ServiceNow Principal Platform Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in ServiceNow platform development.
• Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and designing solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM, CSM, SPM, ITSM and/or ITAM.
