Senior ServiceNow HRSD Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, HR technology, and ServiceNow expertise, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions. They will also have a strong understanding of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Supporting ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.
• Providing hands-on project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate.
• Working with functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications.
