We are seeking a talented CMDB/TSOM Architect to join our team in Ridgeland, MS. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and architect CMDB and TSOM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the implementation team.
• Ensure best practices are followed to optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience working with CMDB and TSOM in an ITOM context.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
