ServiceNow Solutions Architect

This is a 100% remote position working with Dell Services as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.

The ideal candidate will have extremely strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and at least 5 years of experience as a platform/solution architect in an environment with complex business processes.

A background in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.

The focus areas for this role include:

• Cat Items: Managing and maintaining cat items within the ServiceNow platform.
• Workflows: Designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes.
• Integrations: Integrating different systems and applications with ServiceNow.
• SAM (Software Asset Management): Managing software licenses and assets within the organization.
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management): Managing hardware assets and inventory within the organization.
• ITOM Discovery: Discovering and managing IT infrastructure and services.
• ITSM (Information Technology Service Management): Managing IT services and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Platform Management Activities: Upgrades, Cloning: Managing the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and cloning.
• Healthcare-Specific Design Considerations: Designing solutions that meet the unique needs of the healthcare industry.
• Intermediate to Complex Level Backlog: Prioritizing and managing a backlog of tasks and projects.
• Resource Replacement: Replacing resources and ensuring continuity of work.

The contract duration is expected to be 6 months, with the possibility of extension. A valid working visa can be sponsored by the company. The interview process involves two technical video interviews, followed by an offer.
