ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating validation testing in air-gapped environments. About the Role

• Lead business analysis efforts to support successful ServiceNow implementations
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business goals and ServiceNow platform standards
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
