Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Albany, NY (100% Onsite)
Contract Length: 30 Months
Department: NYS Teachers Retirement System
Qualifications:
- 84 Months of experience leading the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 48 Months of experience in gathering user requirements by conducting information gathering sessions, facilitating requirements interviews and workshops, documenting existing systems and processes, and documenting future state requirements
- 84 Months of experience in developing, implementing, and delivering applications in the ServiceNow platform
- 48 Months of experience creating and developing custom applications within ServiceNow using app engine studio or the ServiceNow Studio IDE
