ServiceNow IT Specialist

Technical ServiceNow Architect Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on solution design and implementation. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in catalog development, integration design, and REST API management will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
• Provide second and third-level support for ServiceNow incidents
• Develop integrations using ServiceNow plugins and customizations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platforms, including Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul, and Kingston
• Experience in Java scripting and web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
• ITIL V2/V3 certification
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
