Job Description
As a skilled IT professional, you will support the architecture, design, development, qualification, and deployment of applications consistent with product and technical roadmaps.
You will provide technical solutions in the IT domain related to ServiceNow CMDB and communicate effectively between business stakeholders and technical developers.
Collaborate with multiple teams to solve challenging problems related to application architecture and provide solutions to infrastructure teams to resolve issues in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM.
Handle escalations and maintain a positive rapport with clients by addressing issues meticulously, following up, and reducing turnaround time.
Implement automation to reduce manual tasks performed by the team, including automation of server restarts, post-clone of lower environments with production tasks.
ServiceNow development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, setting up SOAP/REST integrations, creating and migrating update sets, creating business rules, configuring workflows/flows.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other applications like CISCO Intersight, Wiz, Infoblox, Azure.
Experience in fine-tuning existing integrations in ServiceNow instances with applications such as LDAP, Delinea to handle auto-lock password along with password expiry, reducing manual efforts of unlocking passwords in Delinea and updating passwords in ServiceNow instances.
