About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a technical solution specialist for ITSM. We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT service management solutions, preferably ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and adapt accordingly.
The role involves participating in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features, documenting workflows, processes, and results of business analysis, and developing a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
The successful candidate will also have experience with automation and DevOps practices, with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders and developers.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65-75 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Participate in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
- Documentation: Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
- Requirements Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
- Application Design: Assist in translating application functionality into application architecture.
- Wireframes/Mockups: Create wireframes/mockups for user stories, review them with customers, and gather feedback.
- Risk Management: Identify and document risks and constraints related to requirements.
- User Stories: Break down documented requirements into epics and decompose them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Testing: Assist and lead test plan development and execution, perform functional tests on each configured story.
- Quality Management: Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
- Change Management: Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the 'to be' solution.
- Training: Assist, develop, and deliver end-user training.
- Automated Testing: Assist in the development of automated tests in ServiceNow.
