Full Stack ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Workflow Engineer to join our Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and maintaining multiple ServiceNow applications supporting the Intelligence Community.

Your primary focus will be on developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, SPM, PPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, HR Module, Change Management, Custom Development, and more.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.

You will also be responsible for helping to develop code, unit testing, holding code reviews, checking in code, and building the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.
