ServiceNow Application Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, including creating custom workflows, scripts, portal pages, integrations, and other platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Discovery & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business outcomes and functional requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.
• Technical Implementation: Implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing complex scripting and migration.
• Data Migration: Facilitate and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Integration Management: Assist in designing and leading the integration of ServiceNow with other systems for seamless end-to-end processes.
• System Optimization: Analyze platform performance and implement optimization strategies for the efficiency and security of ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including ITSM and CMDB support.
• 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and workflow design.
• 1+ years of experience developing scoped applications and customizing the Service Portal.
