Job Title: ServiceNow Dev / Lead with On-Prem Experience

As a seasoned ServiceNow expert with over 10 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM (SAM Pro) to design and implement end-to-end Integration HUB solutions. Your proficiency in on-prem and cloud architecture design is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into ServiceNow functionality.
• Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.
• Develop ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions in partnership with the product team and other stakeholders.
• Invent and validate solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow architecture at both high-level and granular levels.
• Capture and document ServiceNow architecture for internal use.
• Contribute to Agile development methodologies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in on-prem ServiceNow implementation and support for large clients.
• Proficiency in platform fine-tuning, upgrades, and custom integrations for on-prem ServiceNow instances.
• Experience with customizations and maintenance for on-prem instance management.
