Job Summary:

This position involves configuring enterprise software, providing technical assistance, conducting system testing, creating functional specification documents, developing end-user procedures, offering end-user support, and reengineering business processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow configuration/development/end-user support
  • Syclo Work Manager
  • Mobility Platform (SMP 3.0 SP07)
  • AgileAssets Sign Management
  • AgileAssets Pavement Management
  • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • SAP Linear Asset Management (LAM)
  • OnBase DMS from Hyland Software (11.0.1.560 SP1)
  • OnBase Archivelink for SAP
  • OnBase Document Management
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ticket status changes, work notes maintenance, task generation, etc.)
  • OnBase experience (form design, workflow configuration)
  • Test planning, script maintenance, and test result tracking using Azure DevOps
  • Document creation in UPerform Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow certification
  • Agile Development Methodology
  • Scrum Master certification
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management Work Environment:
  • Standard work hours: 7am - 5pm EST
  • Remote work only until further notice; on-premise requirements negotiable after June 30, 2021
