ServiceNow Specialist Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to lead our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) initiatives. As a senior ITAM and CMDB professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic directions for IT Asset Management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

This role involves supporting the IT asset portfolio, overseeing compliance with risk, cost, governance, and performance metrics, as well as establishing and enforcing data governance principles to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity throughout the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic directions for IT Asset Management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices
• Support the IT asset portfolio, overseeing compliance with risk, cost, governance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, governance processes, and integration strategies to maintain the CMDB's integrity and reliability

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform development
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow, including ITSM/ITAM solutions and principles
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SAMPro for Software Asset Management
