ServiceNow Technical Implementation Specialist

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical professional to join our team as a Technical Implementation Specialist. This role involves leading the implementation of ServiceNow Platform capabilities across various domains, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, SPM, and SecOps.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Liaise with business stakeholders to understand existing challenges, needs, and pain points.
• Facilitate discussions and follow a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage requirements with stakeholders.
• Align business problem statements with appropriate ServiceNow Platform solutions and/or capabilities.
• Support and/or lead requirements gathering workshops - working closely with IT and Business stakeholders.
• *Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in a ServiceNow Process Analyst or Technical Analyst role.
• Strong ITIL experience and/or certification.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications/credentials a plus.
