The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflows. This role involves working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
The successful ServiceNow Developer will also be responsible for mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members. They will identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks, stay current on ServiceNow's best practices, trends, and new functionality, and participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture.
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have experience with Agile development methodologies and integrating ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration methods. Adeptness with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is also required. Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices is highly desirable.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of technical solutions and perform code reviews to ensure code quality. Troubleshooting and debugging issues with existing solutions are also key responsibilities.
