ServiceNow Solution Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our clients' Business Continuity and Risk Management (BCRM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow's IRM and BCM modules, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM and BCM solutions that meet client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical strategies and architectures
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members
• Evaluate and recommend changes to development standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
• Proven experience in IRM domain, with a minimum of 2 years in BCM Architect role
• Expertise in BCM processes, including Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, and Crisis Management
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and JSON
• Familiarity with CSDM 4.0 and ServiceNow CMDB structure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
