Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ITIL Service Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes
- Develop and maintain custom workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer
- Administer ServiceNow platform: Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client and Server Scripting, Roles, User and Group Administration, MID Servers, Service Mapping, and SLAs
- Design and implement technical processes, such as scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/CMDB Administration/Discovery & ITIL Service Management processes
- Methodologies: Agile SCRUM, Kanban
- Experience with programming languages, i.e., JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST
- Certificates: SNOW Certifications preferred
