- Strong functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow platform modules
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
- Strong technical hands-on experience with GRC and IT Operations Management
