ServiceNow Solutions Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Services department, you will be responsible for configuring, developing and supporting solutions within ServiceNow modules. This includes working with Integration Hub, SSO, Rest services, and other key technologies used in building ServiceNow integration solutions.

You will have hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, EA and Scoped Apps. Additionally, you should have experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches, as well as strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other widespread enterprise technologies. You will also be comfortable navigating and modifying classic ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Catalog.

Your responsibilities will include implementing low code / low complexity solutions to business automation needs, implementing complex solutions when Out of the Box configuration is not an option, and serving as a technical SME on some of the modules. You will also build solutions according to team-defined standards and best practices to ensure they are easily maintained through upgrades and can scale as lab adoption or business processes evolve.
