ServiceNow IT Solutions Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business requirements, translating them into documentation and conceptual designs, and creating workflows from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs
• Create workflows from scratch
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in customer-facing meetings

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow
• 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
