About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
- Platform Customization: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
- Integration and Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools, and identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform.
- Documentation and Collaboration: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations, and work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Proven ServiceNow experience (3+ years)
- Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3) (3+ years)
- Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies (3+ years)
- Understanding of enterprise IT architecture (3+ years)
- Working knowledge of relational databases (3+ years)
- Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, etc.) (3+ years)
- Impeccable time-management and record keeping (5+ years)
- The ability to take complex end-user requirements to code (5+ years)
- A positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn (5+ years)
- A strong personal commitment to quality service (5+ years)
- The ability to work independently and with a team (3+ years)
- L LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP (3+ years)
- Excellent communication (5+ years)
