Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced change management leader to join our team and lead our ServiceNow implementation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that align with business objectives and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support the successful implementation of ServiceNow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change management activities with project timelines.
- Communication and Training: Design and deliver effective communication and training strategies to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of new processes and systems.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in change management or a related field, preferably in IT or digital transformation contexts.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
