ServiceNow Portal Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized ServiceNow Service Portals that meet the needs of our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into functional portals.
• Evaluate and improve portal interfaces to ensure they are intuitive, responsive, and align with best practices.
• Write and optimize JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for custom widgets and components.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct demos, and provide guidance on Service Portal functionalities and improvements.
• Troubleshoot using ServiceNow capabilities and other best practice methodologies.
• Utilize knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform backend, select appropriate out-of-the-box widgets, and leverage ServiceNow API's to provide optimal solutions for client portals.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate performance, functionality, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
• Develop technically detailed Agile Stories that can be easily consumed by other portal developers.
