ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of customer requirements, assisting the project team in applying industry best practices, and designing optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements
• Assist the project team in applying industry best practices

• Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis
• Participate in customer-facing meetings

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow
• 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
