ServiceNow System Administrator

Job Summary: Interclypse is seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to provide exceptional support to our customers and advance their careers. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work on developing custom service portals, gathering requirements, designing database schemas, and modeling data.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals with experience in ServiceNow development, System Administration, Scripting, and Application Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise and IT service management principles, as well as experience with process development and deployment, workflow design/configuration, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom service portals
• Gather requirements, design database schemas, and model data
• Work with Integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
• Troubleshoot performance-related issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow System Administration, Advanced System Administration, Scripting, and Application Development
• Experience with Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• Familiarity with process development and deployment, workflow design/configuration, and reporting
