Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow

Job Description As a seasoned Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business value through the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. With a strong background in IT Service Management, you will be responsible for collecting, clarifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise in business analysis, process design, and implementation will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop optimal solutions that drive business value.

About the Position Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting and clarifying business requirements through stakeholder interviews and document reviews
• Analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Designing and documenting process workflows, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with requirements
• Developing detailed project plans and schedules

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, and implementation
• 3+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions, preferably ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of business processes and software application environments
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
