About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to guide and own the delivery of ServiceNow implementations. Main Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and thought leadership to clients and internal resources.
• Owning the delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
• Platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting.
• Digital transformation and IT service management.
• Strategic planning and implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
