Expert ServiceNow Business Analyst Wanted

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas to reduce implementation efforts, defining detailed stories with acceptance criteria, and working within the Agile or Scrum development framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify areas to reduce implementation efforts
• Define detailed stories with acceptance criteria
• Work within the Agile or Scrum development framework
• Develop automated tests in ServiceNow
• Assist in quality management reviews

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow
• 3 years of experience designing and developing process workflows
• Excellent knowledge of best practices and industry trends
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification or equivalent practical experience
