We are a leading IT Project Management Office, part of a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team for a special project. This is an opportunity to flex your technical muscles, demonstrate your problem-solving skills, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch IT solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Requesters to understand functional requirements and develop technical designs and solutions.
• Analyze requirements, design and develop prototypes, fine-tune applications, and make recommendations.
• Participate in peer/code/design reviews to ensure quality standards and functional/technical requirements are met.
• Design, code, test and implement moderately complex programs.
• Develop appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established IT standards.
• Create test scenarios and develop test plans to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
• Support production systems by resolving problems, optimizing performance, and streamlining processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and application resolution.
• Provide on-call second-level escalation response for client issues and application tickets.
• Ensure proper documentation and on-time delivery of all technical artifacts and deliverables.
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades. Requirements:
• BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in an ITIL/ITSM work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Health Care environment and familiarity with HIPAA.
• At least 4 years of application/system development/programming experience with at least 3 years of ServiceNow development. Required Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, VR, ITSM). Preferred Skills:
• Discovery.
• CMDB.
• Service Mapping.
• Mobile.
• Employee Center.
• SecOps.
