About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, where you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. You will work closely with product managers and product owners to understand business needs and priorities, and develop innovative solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow CSM solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the realm of CSM.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience using the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on CSM.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CSM modules, including Case Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, and Customer Profile.
