ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 13+ years of experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform. This includes scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience designing and supporting ServiceNow enterprise implementations in large complex environments.

A strong consultative background in enterprise environments is essential, with experience working closely with leadership on high-visibility program-based initiatives.

Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases is also required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API) and developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.

Development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD, is necessary.

This role requires the ability to formulate and articulate technical vision, gather requirements effectively, and possess proficient skills in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.

A strong analytical and conceptual mindset, with excellent written and oral communication skills, is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex technical products within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
