Role: Devops-ServiceNow-D1-Lead (10 - 12 Years)-Onshore

Work location: PHILADELPHIA, PA/ Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Pursuit Project: Utilize extensive knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules to drive project success.
• Custom App Development: Develop and implement custom applications in ServiceNow, leveraging expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide Systems.
• Platform Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow platform settings, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, Fix Scripts, and Update Sets.
• Integration and Security: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, OAUTH, and Integration Hub, while ensuring secure configurations for SSO, LDAP, and Edge Encryption.
• Agent Workspace and Service Portal: Implement Agent Workspace and create widgets, UI pages, and portal pages within the Service Portal.
• Project Leadership: Lead projects, deliver solutions on time, and collaborate with clients and team members to build strong relationships and drive project success.
