Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
The ServiceNow Technical Architect at Tephra designs, implements, and maintains ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITAM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Architecture: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Implementation: Implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuration and development.
- Best Practices: Ensure that all implementations adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITAM.
- ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
- Additional Requirements: Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful ServiceNow solutions.
