ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture roles
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow (ITSM + ITOM modules)
• SolarWinds experience and integration with ServiceNow
• Proven track record in infrastructure-to-service mapping
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, LDAP, JavaScript (especially in SNOW workflows)
• Good grasp of dependency mapping, impact analysis, and service visibility strategies
