Manager, ITOM Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic ITOM Architect/Team Lead to join our ServiceNow team nationally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service management and automation, hands-on experience with technology, strong communication skills, and be able to see the big picture. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive ITOM solutions, including the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Facilitate the integration of ServiceNow ITOM with various IT systems and tools to promote seamless data flow and enhance processes.
• Implement best practices for ITOM processes and configurations to drive efficiency and effectiveness. What You Bring:
• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMDB/ITOM ServiceNow configuration and development.
• ServiceNow Certifications: CIS-ITOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development tools.
• In-depth knowledge of ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and functional issues. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent work experience.
• A Master's in Information Systems, MBA, or other related fields is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
