About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Mentor and Strategist to join our team. As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a key role in providing guidance and support to our clients and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, and technology strategy consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead other developers to ensure the highest standard of technical quality.
• Fulfill technical designing, crafting, documenting, and communicating the integration approach of all components of the architecture.
• Analyze capabilities and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product/service strategies.
• Educate clients and collaborate for the right technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 required.
