Job Description

Skills: Must Have:

• Minimum 5+ years as ServiceNow platform working in complex environments
• Proven success in consulting-oriented lead developer roles
• Ability to effectively communicate with customer stakeholders
• ServiceNow certified system administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
• Strong developer experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM products
• Strong platform management experience (e.g. upgrades, cloning, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within healthcare sector

Focus areas typically include:

• Configuration or customization of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM product lines
• Platform management
• Cat items
• Workflows
• Integrations
• Healthcare specific design considerations

Scope—Work at the direction of the client lead to execute on customer backlog. This role will require solution architect responsibilities for ~25% of the time and developer responsibilities for ~75% of the time.
