Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow IT Professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining our strategic enterprise ServiceNow implementation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and possess a deep understanding of best practice configuration principles within ServiceNow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
This position requires strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML SQL, and databases. Additionally, you must have an understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate demand, enhancements, break-fix requests, and provide expertise & solution
- Bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring a common understanding and alignment of both
- Lead ServiceNow technical design
- Lead testing for SNOW projects, enhancements, sprints, and upgrades
- Analyze events, documentation, requirements, and needs to design and develop solutions
- Design, code, and modify according to client's SNOW dashboards and reports leveraging the SNOW Performance Analytics module
- Train and mentor teams around technologies/systems/processes
