IT Service Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
• Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability and performance
• Developing technical documentation and providing training to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field
• Minimum of 7 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
• Experience working on an agile team
• Minimum of 4-year hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
• Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software including knowledge of ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, ITSM, CIS, ITOM, and SecOps, and SPM
• Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
