Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
• Developing technical documentation and providing training to end-users
• Participating in Agile and SAFe ceremonies and producing deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value
• Configuring and maintaining data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Performing system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitoring health usage, and overall compliance of the application
• Preparing and executing ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field
• Minimum of 7 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
• Experience working on an agile team
• Minimum of 4-year hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
• Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software including knowledge of ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, ITSM, CIS, ITOM, and SecOps, and SPM
• Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
