Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

As a seasoned ServiceNow Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our ServiceNow development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and compliance requirements. With your expertise in ServiceNow application development, including JavaScript, scripting, and custom application development, you will drive technical initiatives and guide a team of engineers to success. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, will enable you to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and provide transparent updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design and implement a technical debt remediation plan, in alignment with the architecture and operating model strategy of the SMOMonitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and align with broader organizational goals.
• Communicate proactively with key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to ensure full alignment.
