As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, this individual will be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure platform success. Main Objectives

• Meet strict deadlines and other targets both individually and as the leader of multiple teams, making strong decisions
• Engage with executive leadership and management to understand business objectives, providing solutions that deliver tangible value and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate with ServiceNow team management to ensure clear communication regarding project status, challenges, and milestones
• Establish technical governance and best practices to continuously improve platform performance and operational efficiency
