Software Engineer for Next-Gen ServiceNow Architecture

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a passion for automation and digital transformation to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will ensure a scalable, flexible, and secure architecture that meets evolving business needs.

As a key member of our core engineering team, you will be responsible for building out our next-generation ServiceNow architecture and automating critical business processes. This position will leverage ServiceNow and Azure cloud services to optimize internal workflows and drive operational efficiencies.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of our next-generation ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow to streamline IT service management and enhance operational workflows.
• Utilize Azure cloud services to build, deploy, and manage scalable and secure automation workflows, integrating them seamlessly with the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities, re-engineer workflows, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to integrate innovative automation solutions across the organization.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to track automation performance, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs.
