Sr. Platform Developer Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Platform Developer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and experience in web application development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Design, develop, and test new features and enhancements
• Leverage ServiceNow's scripting capabilities to automate business processes and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
• Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow applications and integrations during Go Live and hyper care phases

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow instance design and administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and web services (Rest API, SOAP)
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, Portal Pages, and UI Pages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in ServiceNow, such as Certified System Admin or Certified Application Developer, preferred
