Technical ServiceNow Solutions Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst to join a dynamic technology team working at the forefront of digital transformation. This role requires a ServiceNow-certified professional with strong business analysis and technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, and SecOps
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Create and manage custom applications, workflows, and system integrations
• Ensure quality, performance, and efficiency of ServiceNow configurations and development
• Stay up to date on platform updates and emerging capabilities, proposing system enhancements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using ServiceNow features
• Support Agile development methodologies and contribute to DevOps initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform across various modules
• Proven technical expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
• Active ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or later)
• Strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design best practices
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps frameworks
• Ability to lead projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Additional ServiceNow module certifications (e.g., App Developer, ITSM Implementation)
