Custom Service Portal Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing custom service portals, working with Integration components, and troubleshooting performance-related issues. If you have experience in ServiceNow development, System Administration, Scripting, and Application Development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Position: This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise and IT service management principles, as well as experience with process development and deployment, workflow design/configuration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and a strong knowledge of ServiceNow System Administration, Advanced System Administration, Scripting, and Application Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom service portals
• Gather requirements, design database schemas, and model data
• Work with Integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
• Troubleshoot performance-related issues
